6. International Data Transfers
Google Analytics may transfer data outside the European Economic Area. Google Ireland Limited acts as the primary data processor for European users under Google's Data Processing Amendment. Data transfers to the United States are conducted under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, adopted in July 2023.
Zoom Video Communications is based in the United States. Data submitted via the Zoom Scheduler booking widget is subject to Zoom's privacy policy and their standard contractual clauses for international data transfers.
7. Data Retention
Analytics data collected via Google Analytics 4 is retained for 14 months from the date of collection, after which it is automatically deleted from Google's systems. Session recording data collected via Microsoft Clarity is retained for 30 days by default.
Consent records stored by Cookiebot are retained for 12 months from the date of consent.
